WLBT/Fox 40, the highest rated morning newscast in Jackson, MS, has an immediate opening for a part-time Associate News Producer. 

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for editing video under deadline pressure.

Additional responsibilities include teleprompter, writing for all platforms (television, mobile, and web), and operating ENG (Electronic News Gathering), SNG (Satellite News Gathering), and other live technology.

Candidate must have great time management skills and perform well under strict deadlines.  This is an exciting position with great potential for upward mobility.  College Degree and/or relevant experience preferred.
