Creative Digital Storytellers Wanted
Are you passionate about new forms of digital storytelling? Can you create video programming, formats and experiences which will delight and engage our growing on demand audiences? Do you understand how to make great content and how to tailor it for audiences on different platforms? If so, we want you to join our team.
Raycom Media is looking for a creative video storyteller to join our Digital Content Center in Atlanta. This person will work on new digital initiatives, primarily in the on demand space, helping to create new digital verticals and brands. They should be experts at identifying great content across our Raycom platforms, with the ability to turn that into new programming. They will also contribute to The Southern Weekend… our food, travel and lifestyle vertical.
She/he will be responsible for delivering multiple pieces weekly and will split their time between editing, producing, shooting and writing as necessary. Content pieces will range in length from short form (under five minutes) to half-hour programming. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
This position requires robust editing experience as well as field shooting skills. Some travel will be involved.
