WSFA 12 News, Raycom Media's NBC affiliate in Montgomery, Alabama is looking for a creative leader to build and grow its number one rated newscasts. The Executive Producer position helps oversee our news product across all dayparts as well as producing our 6:00pm newscast. You will be working at Raycom Media’s flagship station working in the home of Raycom Media’s headquarters.   Qualified candidates will have the ability to multi-task, work well under deadlines, change newscasts as needed, grow and develop a team and think beyond the news of the day. Preferred candidate will have executive producer or other newsroom management experience, but at least 4-5 years of line producing experience required. Must be a very strong writer familiar with ENPS, have the ability to help drive ideas across our digital platforms and multi-media content.   Digital integration is key inside newscasts. Must have the ability to coordinate and create graphics with knowledge of Chryon and LUCI. Non-linear editing experience preferred.  Must be a team player with a great attitude and be available to work various schedules as needed. In addition, candidates must have strong communication skills; have solid news judgment; be organized, trustworthy, calm under pressure, have a full understanding of the latest technologies and have experience with breaking news & live shots.   Assisting in planning coverage for event is key as well as assisting the Assistant News Director and News Director. KFDA, the CBS affiliate in Amarillo, TX seeks a part time Master Control Operator responsible for operation of all systems within a multi station master control.   Duties include, but are not limited to, operation of station broadcast automation systems, editing on-air playlists, setup and record satellite and other electronic delivery feeds, ingest and prepare video content onto servers, live on-air switching and quality control of all programming and transmission systems. Must be able to understand and adhere to basic FCC rules including EAS systems and logs. Work shift will include overnights, weekends and holidays.   Successful candidates must work well in a high pressure, fast paced, live news environment and possess excellent computer skills. Excellent communication/people skills required.
