The City Weekend producer demands direct knowledge of all aspects of video production to independently create top-quality multiplatform content.  Energetic, a strategic thinker and highly motivated self-starter that will work with a team of producers or independently to produce a variety of creative assets for our broadcast and digital assets.  The ideal candidate will also work with the sales team to develop new revenue opportunities for our expanding broadcast and digital properties. 

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or other related field preferred.  Must provide creative reel demonstrating advanced knowledge of video production, especially Adobe Premiere and DSLR cinematography. Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Snapchat, Brightcove, Wordpress plus audience engagement and management tools for digital publishing, reporting and analytics experience is required.

This creative leader will be responsible for growing audiences on every screen, including broadcast, mobile, OTT, desktop and social media. The Audience Development and Brand Manager will work to expand WSFA's rapidly-growing broadcast and digital media presence, create non-news sponsored content opportunities and work with the content team to improve engagement on all digital platforms.

 

The ideal candidate is an expert visual storyteller with strong skills in writing, cinematography and Adobe Creative Cloud editing programs. Exceptional organization and strategic thinking is required to implement market research recommendations and achieve goals in audience development and revenue growth.  This individual is a hands-on producer, who also manages the production and trafficking of station marketing content.

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video or other related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years proven working experience in digital and broadcast marketing producing measurable results using the latest trends and best practices. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising social and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Expert knowledge of analytic tools, HTML and CMS applications.

 

Must provide creative reel demonstrating advanced production knowledge, especially Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects and DSLR cinematography.

WSFA 12 News has an opening for a Success Manager.  This position will be responsible for maximizing client relationships and services by serving as the primary point of contact for the client and is the key liaison between the client and WSFA Sales personnel.  This position will report to the Local Sales Manager and is the owner of the post-sale client experience and the overseer of campaign implementation and performance.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the daily management of assigned accounts that meet specific criteria
  • Executes regular touch points with clients at campaign inception and throughout the lifetime of the client relationship
  • Identifies up-sell opportunities within an account's marketing strategy and passes them along to the Media Sales Consultant for presentation to the client.
  • Retains client base through exemplary service and positive ROI for the client
  • Targets accounts not meeting account management criteria and recommends strategies for the account to meet that criteria, thus growing the Account Manager's account base
  • Through the identification of new opportunities, grows average revenue per account (ARPA)
  • Evaluates new and existing products to determine optimal fit for each account and makes recommended marketing changes as necessary
  • Develops and maintains working relationships with key contacts and team members in all functional area
  • Coordinates and monitors development of artwork, ad copy and proofs with creative team to ensure successful execution of the client's advertising campaign

Role/Responsibilities

Lead and manage the CNHI IT department, supporting Raycom Media’s publishing division Community Newspaper Holdings, Inc. Raycom Media is looking for an IT Director to oversee all IT systems, servers, networks, and telephony, across multiple business units located throughout the United States. Position reports to the VP, Chief Information Officer. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of IT systems and staff, to include:
    • Help desk oversight
    • Server and desktop systems
    • Software and hardware upgrades, and life cycle management
    • Identify and recommend new technology solutions
    • Disaster recovery
  • Manage the design, deployment, maintenance, and support of Network Technology systems, to include:
    • Local Area Network
    • Overall architectural strategy for LAN, IP schemas
    • Network management
    • Internet architecture
    • Edge security – Firewalls
    • Wireless networking
  • Manage the deployment, maintenance, and support of telephony systems, to include:
    • Phone system design, installation, and maintenance
    • Telecom circuit installation, and billing
    • Cellular carrier management and billing
  • Assist in planning, implementing, and managing the CNHI capital and operating budget.
  • Travel may be required once or twice a month; frequency and duration dependent on project needs.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be self-motivated and able to make decisions. Manage workload independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision. Must be a leader who influences others through positive collaboration and builds strong relationships.

 

Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Science or 5-10 years of directly related work experience. Candidate should also have supervisory experience in an IT environment, ideally in print media. Microsoft Windows and Cisco Network certificates highly desirable.
